Returns & Refunds
We’re happy to offer a refund or store credit for eligible purchases within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note the following conditions:
- 454g and 500ml sizes are not eligible for return.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Purchased from a Retailer?
If you purchased a Harmonic Arts product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns. Their return policies will apply.
Starting a Return
Getting started is easy. To initiate a return, you’ll need:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email — if you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder).
- The email address used to place the order.
