Adding boiling water to make your Herbal Latte will not affect the antioxidant content. If exposed to high heat over time (e.g. being cooked at 100+ degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or more), the antioxidant content will begin to reduce.

If your Herbal Latte has hardened, we suggest one of the following solutions:. 1. Safely 'chip' at or scrape the hardened product with a dry spoon to loosen. 2. Run larger chunks through a coffee grinder or blender or blend them into smoothies.
