What is the Wholesale Shipping Policy?Updated 2 months ago

Shipping (Canada Only) 

We are pleased to offer free shipping across Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, on all qualifying wholesale orders that meet our minimum order value.

Shipping times vary depending on your location relative to our warehouse in Cumberland, British Columbia. Estimated delivery times are: 

•  British Columbia: 2–3 business days
•  Alberta and Saskatchewan: 3–4 business days
•  Manitoba, Ontario, and Québec: 5–6 business days
•  Atlantic Canada: 6–7 business days 

For remote regions, including the northern parts of provinces and the Canadian territories, we will automatically select the most cost-effective shipping carrier. In most cases, this is Canada Post. 

Please note that if a package is refused upon delivery, the return shipping fees will be charged to the customer. 

USA and International Orders 

As of Aug 13, 2026, Harmonic Arts has paused shipping to the United States.

This change is due to recent updates to US import rules that make it challenging for us to continue serving our American customers. We deeply value the support we’ve received from our friends in the US and will be keeping a close eye on the situation. If circumstances change in the future, we’ll be sure to share updates here.
